LEAP Consult Synergy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Where applicable, alternative dates or arrangements will be offered.

All materials provided during workshops, training sessions, assessments, and consulting engagements — including presentations, reports, frameworks, and methodologies — remain the intellectual property of LEAP Consult Synergy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We respect the confidentiality of client and participant information shared during engagements. Participants agree to treat all proprietary materials and discussions as confidential unless disclosure is authorized.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Our services are designed to enhance leadership, communication, and productivity. However:
We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or performance outcomes.
Implementation of training content is the responsibility of the client or participant.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
LEAP Consult Synergy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
