Bisi is a Transformational Life Coach. A Sociologist by training, she equips Leaders with requisite L.E.A.D. tools to deliver results with excellence based on her Personal Fields of Interest. L.E.A.D. is acronym for Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Awareness, and Development (Personal & Professional), the skills required for a Life of Transformation.

She serves as the Lead Consultant/CEO of Be Causative Ltd, a Professional Training & Coaching Company, and the Founder of Clarity Design Hub – the Art & Science of increasing your Personal & Professional Power.

She is an Executive Director & DISC Behavioural Consultant on the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. She has traveled with John Maxwell (the #1 Leadership Guru in the world) and a few other coaches, to countries like Paraguay and Costa Rica, to facilitate Roundtables and Values Training. She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist & proud alumnus of Emotions City, Centre for Emotional Intelligence in Nigeria. She is also a Neuro-Encoding Certified Specialist with Dr. Joseph McClendon III (a Neuro-Psychologist), as well as a Licensed Brain Health Trainer with Dr. Daniel Amen (a Neuro-Psychiatrist).

Bisi worked in the Oil & Gas sector for ~30 years, in various capacities, serving across organisations with increasing responsibility. Her Life Story is tagged “From Secretary to CEO”! She started her career in 1988 as an Executive Secretary to the Managing Director of Chevron International Representative Office, and retired in 2017 in a managerial capacity. In the course of her career, she recorded “3 Firsts” – the 1st Integrated Travel Center Coordinator, the 1st Female Aviation Supervisor in Escravos Operations, and the 1st Female Logistics Superintendent in Chevron Nigeria Mid-Africa Business Unit.

She obtained a Certificate in “Supply Chain Management” from W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, and a certificate in “Women & Leadership” from the European Business University of Luxembourg.

Bisi is the Creator of the Five Alive Signature Transformation (F.A.S.T.) Program which she refers to as your G.P.S. of Life, the Covener of The F.A.S.T. Tribe (a Network of High Networth Individuals) and the Author of “BC-Titudes” (A 31-Day Devotional to guide you through the Vicissitudes of Life). She serves as a Member of the Faculty of the Institute of Paralegal Studies (IOPS), Advisory Board Member of The Dorcas Cancer Foundation for Children, as well as Senior Ambassador of the European Business University, Luxembourg. She is a Mentor & Associate of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) – a non-profit organisation in Nigeria that implements programs that inspire, empower and advocate for greater representation of women in leadership positions in the public and private sector.
