He was once a Sales & Marketing Manager of CocaCola Hellenic Bottling Company, Nigeria; General Manager (Sales & Marketing) PGSL, Head of Region (Central regional Operations) VMobile; Regional General Manager/ Regional Director, Celtel Nigeria, Kano + Bauchi; Regional General Manager/ Regional Director Zain Nigeria, Lagos and also Company Lead, Pavina GSL.

Beyond the stage, Pastor Lolade is committed to mentoring and equipping the next generation of leaders. Her mission is to raise purpose-driven individuals who live intentionally, lead with clarity, and create meaningful impact in their families, communities, and beyond.

Bisi Akande
Bisi Akande—widely known as “The Inspirer”—is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, international speaker, and senior pastor with a passion for leadership, communication, and personal growth. He is the Co-Founder of LEAP Consult Synergy and Co-Host of Live2Lead Lagos, a premier global leadership simulcast. He also convenes The Exchange Conference and the Advance Leadership Conference, platforms that empower leaders in business, faith, and governance to achieve long-term impact. With oversight of more than 100 pastors, Bisi blends his roles as a coach, consultant, and faith leader to inspire leaders to grow, lead better, and make lasting contributions.
