Odeyemi Olayiwole is a certified leadership development expert, management consultant, and behavioral analyst with over 24 years of experience developing leaders across the public, private, nonprofit, military, healthcare, and media sectors. He is the CEO of Inspired2Lead, an economist by training, and has completed several executive leadership programs, including at Harvard University.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria and the Institute of Leadership Coaching and Strategy, serves on the President’s Advisory Council of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team (USA), and is a visiting resource person at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Nigeria.
